We will be needing AI Voice Agents to pick up the calls and AI Chatbots for Whatsapp and Instagram inquiries and DMs. especailly during off hours, and book the appointment (we will discuss whether the booking should be direct or should go to engineers for verification). it's in UAE so some clients may message or call in Arabic as well.
