AI Trading Analysis Software Developer

I need an experienced Python and AI developer to build an advanced AI trading analysis and signal software for Quotex. The software should analyze live candlestick charts using technical indicators (EMA, RSI, MACD, Bollinger Bands, Support & Resistance, Price Action and Candlestick Patterns) and generate high-confidence Buy/Sell signals. It should include backtesting, risk management, a Telegram alert system, and a modern desktop dashboard. I am looking for someone with proven experience in algorithmic trading, AI, and trading bots.
