I’m looking for an experienced engineer to perform a comprehensive read-only audit of our GitHub environment and overall development workflow before we begin scaling RTS.AI, a private pre-launch SaaS platform. The goal is to identify risks, gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement across both our repository management and engineering processes, and to provide clear recommendations that will help us establish a strong foundation for future growth. Scope of the audit: * Review repository structure and organization * Evaluate user access controls, permissions, and security practices * Assess branching strategy, pull request workflows, and code review processes * Review release management and deployment workflows * Examine branch protections and repository safeguards * Evaluate CI/CD pipelines and automation practices * Review secrets management and credential handling * Assess project documentation, onboarding materials, and operational guidance * Evaluate overall development workflow, collaboration practices, and engineering standards Deliverables: * A written audit report summarizing findings * Prioritized recommendations based on risk and impact * Identification of security, reliability, maintainability, and process concerns * A phased roadmap outlining recommended improvements and implementation priorities Constraints: * Read-only engagement * No code changes * No configuration changes * No deployment or infrastructure modifications * No implementation work during the audit phase Before moving into any hands-on implementation work, would you be comfortable conducting a 7-hour capped audit engagement and delivering a detailed written findings report with recommendations and a phased improvement roadmap?
