Setup/Troubleshoot AWS Redshift Scheduled Query

Having issues scheduling a Redshift Query. I need someone to join my screen share and guide me in configuring AWS appropriately. I believe this is an AWS configuration issue. Ideally this would occur today... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: Amazon Web Services, Redshift)
