PHP Laravel/Symfony Dev Needed! [Full-Stack]

We are a growing DTC telehealth brand moving fast. The successful candidate will be joining a small team, with zero bureaucracy and real responsibilities. This is a long-term remote PHP role, and we are looking for 2-3 developers to take onboard. You won't be pushing tickets through a backlog. You'll build things, ship them, and watch them perform. Responsibilities • Build and maintain customer-facing web app in PHP and Laravel, including landing pages, quiz flows, checkouts, and patient dashboards • Develop internal web apps and tooling to support teams across the organization • Rapidly spin up A/B test variants across the conversion funnel to support ongoing experimentation • Integrate with third-party APIs including Stripe, telehealth platforms, and outbound comms (call center, email, sms) • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate growth ideas into working features quickly • Design and manage database schemas, migrations, and queries in MySQL or PostgreSQL Qualifications • 7+ years professional PHP experience with Laravel or Symfony background • Comfortable working in server-rendered stacks (Blade or similar) with Jquery and Tailwind • Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Self-directed with strong communication skills. You flag blockers early, ask good questions, and ship without hand-holding • Understands that speed and revenue targets are the priority. Refactors come after the milestones. Assets • Experience direct Stripe API integration (PHP SDK + Stripe.js), and with subscription billing • Experience with A/B testing or experimentation platforms • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced scaling environment Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
