Sales Process Automation Setup

I want our sales/outbound process to be automated. Our stack right now: prospects and leads are on noCRM, webex softphone calls, appointments are set though our wordpress website and its plugin WP booking calender + notification emails, microsoft calender forthe overview... (Budget: €12 - €18 EUR, Jobs: API, PHP, Process Automation, Software Architecture, WordPress)
