Senior Python Engineer to Deliver Custom Corporate Training

Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Python engineer to deliver a customized instructor-led training course for approximately 8 software and test engineers. The participants already have programming experience and use Python regularly. We are looking for someone with real-world experience building and maintaining Python applications and automated test systems. The training will be customized using an existing course outline that we will provide. Topics include Modern Python language features Python project structure and packaging Ruff and code quality tools Static type checking NumPy Pandas Processing measurement data PyTest Fixtures Parameterization Test organization Debugging tests PyTest plugins Automated hardware testing PyVISA Instrument control Designing reusable APIs for laboratory equipment Integrating hardware into automated test frameworks Ideal experience We are looking for someone with professional experience in one or more of the following: Python software engineering Test automation SDET Hardware/software integration Embedded systems Laboratory instrumentation Automated testing Scientific computing Experience teaching or mentoring engineers is strongly preferred.
