We are hiring a sharp Technical Talent Sourcer to find and pre-vet elite, independent freelance engineers to join our private, on-call execution bench. We expect uncompromised, production-grade quality. We are looking for independent contractors who specialize in modern, high-velocity engineering frameworks (or similar advanced software stacks): 1. Full-Stack & SaaS Developers: Core engineers who code custom applications and frontends fast (using modern frameworks like Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, or similar) to deliver premium UI/UX. 2. Backend & Database Engineers: Masters of relational database architecture and secure API integrations (using tools like Supabase, PostgreSQL, Python, or similar) to handle bulletproof data security and role-based access. 3. Automation Architects: Power-users of advanced workflow engines (like n8n or similar) who can write custom code nodes to manipulate complex JSON data and connect enterprise APIs. OUR COMPENSATION & OPERATIONS STRUCTURE: -- Fixed-Price Percentage Split: We do not use hourly tracking. Our developers are paid a dynamic 30% to 35% split of the total closed client contract value, funded entirely upfront into Upwork Escrow per project.
