Mobile Developer Needed: Web-to-App Conversion + AI Chatbot App

We need you to build two distinct apps: Web-to-Mobile App: Convert our existing web application (currently built in React/Next.js) into a smooth mobile app. We are open to React Native or Flutter, whichever you recommend for the best performance. It must include user login, a main dashboard, and push notifications. AI Chatbot App: Build a standalone, simple chat interface mobile app that integrates with the OpenAI API (GPT-4) to help users draft professional messages. It needs to save chat history locally or via a simple backend like Firebase. Requirements: Proven experience publishing at least 2 apps to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM APIs (like OpenAI) into mobile apps. Proficiency in React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin. Ability to provide a basic weekly video or written update on progress.
