Django Full Stack Web Application for Engineering Team Management Portal

We are looking for a Django full stack developer to build a database-driven web application for managing engineering teams, departments, team members, dependencies, internal communication, and user accounts. The application will act as a centralised web portal where users can register, log in, search for engineering teams, view team details, see organisational structure, send messages, and manage their profile. The system should also include an admin area using Django Admin for managing departments, teams, engineers, skills, repositories, contact channels, dependencies, and audit logs. This is a full stack project and should include backend logic, database models, frontend templates, user authentication, and a clean responsive interface.
