Wordpress Developer Needed to fix minor tasks on website!

Hello, I'm looking for a website wordpress developer to help fix some minor issues with the website design, such as: - Fixing image proportions - Disabling rotation - Added some particle affects/animation so website doesnt look all static - Make website more compatible across resolutions (Desktop, tablet and phones) -Updating some text positions.
