Claude Code CLI Tool for B2B Cold Email Subject Lines & Openers

I'm looking for a developer to build a lightweight Claude Code CLI tool or script that generates high-quality B2B cold email subject lines and opening lines based on a target audience and service or offer. The output should feel natural, conversational, and written by a human. Please avoid generic or overly AI-sounding copy. The focus is on small business outreach with subject lines that encourage opens and opening lines that improve reply rates. Scope of Work The tool should: - Accept input via: - Command line arguments - Text file - Interactive prompt - Accept: - Target audience - Service or offer - Optional tone or writing notes - Use an LLM API (OpenAI, Claude, or a similar provider) to generate: - 10 subject lines optimized for open rates - 5 opening lines optimized for reply rates - Display the output in a clear, well-labeled format that is easy to copy, paste, or export.
