Our platform combines: ### 1. AI Business Intelligence Layer Helping founders and organisations: * Create business plans and founder decks * Perform market and competitor analysis * Build financial models * Generate strategic recommendations * Understand opportunities and risks * Turn ideas into actionable business strategies ### 2. AI Workforce Layer Deploying AI employees that can: * Execute business workflows * Handle operational tasks * Communicate with customers * Perform research and analysis * Support sales, marketing, finance, and administration * Work alongside human teams The goal is not another AI chatbot. The goal is an **AI workforce infrastructure platform.** --- # Role As Founding Engineer, you will own the technical foundation of the company. You will work directly with the founder to: * Design the AI agent architecture * Build the multi-agent orchestration system * Create the platform architecture * Develop integrations with business infrastructure providers * Build scalable SaaS foundations * Define engineering standards and technical direction This is a founding role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the entire product. --- # Responsibilities ## AI Systems * Design and build autonomous AI agents * Develop agent workflows and orchestration systems * Implement tool-use and function-calling architectures * Build memory, knowledge, and context systems * Create evaluation frameworks for AI performance ## Platform Engineering * Design a multi-tenant SaaS architecture * Build backend services and APIs * Develop user, organisation, and business profiles * Create workflow execution infrastructure * Build integrations with external platforms ## Business Infrastructure Layer The platform will connect to capabilities such as: * CRM systems * Voice AI * Communication platforms * Payments * Automation tools * Business software These capabilities will be abstracted into our own platform experience. Users should not manage individual tools — they should manage outcomes. --- # Ideal Candidate You are someone who wants to build something category-defining.
