Build Internal Dashboard (Next.js / PostgreSQL) - Full Stack Web Developer

I am building a web-based internal dashboard for a SaaS product and need a full stack developer, SaaS experience strongly preferred, who can take ownership of the front-to-back implementation. This is a greenfield project, I am starting from zero, and the architecture decisions you make now will shape the product going forward. We'll begin with a paid task before moving into full MVP development. What you'll work on: Building the full stack core of the internal dashboard from scratch, database schema through REST/GraphQL API to a polished React/Next.js UI. Designing the database architecture and data models in PostgreSQL to support dynamic, filterable views. Integrating Stripe for subscription and billing management inside the dashboard. Connecting third-party services via API Integration (auth providers, external data sources, AI/LLM endpoints). Implementing role-based access and permissions logic across the web based interface. Shipping a clean, responsive UI with Tailwind CSS and TypeScript on top of Next.js (App Router). Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, React with PHP/Laravel as a secondary backend service where needed. Python scripts may be needed for data processing or Artificial Intelligence pipeline tasks. HTML5, CSS 3, and JavaScript fundamentals are a given. Web Design sensibility matters, this dashboard will be used daily by real people. You should have: 8+ years of professional Full-Stack Development experience. Proven work on SaaS or internal tooling products, not just landing pages. Solid grasp of software architecture & design, you should be able to explain your decisions. Hands-on experience with web development across the full stack, HTML, CSS 3, JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar. Comfortable with writing efficient queries. Experience shipping an MVP under real constraints. Strong written communication, we're async and remote.
