Project: TBH Website Development Fixed project total: $2,500 Scope includes development for the approved TBH website pages based on the Figma designs and scope previously discussed. Pages included: * Home * About * Summit * Join: Retailer * Join: Wholesale Brand * Join: Service Provider / Partner * Retail Bootcamp * Products / Courses * Free Tools / Resources Important note: The Join pages will use one shared template with 3 content variations, not 3 fully separate custom page builds. Project includes: * WordPress page development * Kajabi pages built as HTML/CSS/JS for custom code sections * Desktop + responsive/mobile development * Browser testing * Speed optimization where needed * Slack communication for project updates * Final QA and handoff support Timeline: 3-4 weeks from receipt of final files/access. Milestones: 1. Homepage build + project setup - $750 Build the homepage first for review and alignment on development quality, responsiveness, and workflow. Includes project setup, access review, homepage development, and responsive/mobile pass for the homepage. 2. Remaining page development - $1,000 Develop the remaining approved pages based on Figma designs, including About, Summit, Retail Bootcamp, Products/Courses, Free Tools/Resources, and the Join template variations. 3. Final QA, testing, optimization, and handoff - $750 Browser testing, mobile review, speed optimization where needed, final cleanup, revisions, and handoff support. Notes: * Mobile will be developed responsively from the desktop Figma designs, with specific mobile direction provided where needed. * Any major scope changes, new page designs, additional custom functionality, or requests outside the approved Figma scope would need to be reviewed separately before implementation.
