Adjustable Bike Torch Mount Design

I need a simple yet sturdy 3-D printable mount that lets me tilt my high-output torch between two fixed angles: one pointing straight ahead for regular riding and one pitched downward so I can quickly “dim” the beam for on-coming traffic...
