Dev/Tech All-Rounder with Claude/AI Vibe Coding Enthusiasm to Solve Problems!

We are a digital agency based in Melbourne, Australia. Our team manages more than 100 websites and several internal systems that support our day-to-day operations. We are building an internal app that connects all of our key business tools, including Airtable, Supabase, Google Ads, Xero, and more. We are looking for a tech-savvy team member to help us build new features and views inside this app by working directly with Claude Code, an AI coding assistant. The wireframes and capabilities are clear. We need you to bring them to life using our existing tools and technology, which are already connected. It's important that you can read our documentation and get the tools working accurately while following our business rules and processes, all whilst leveraging Claude Code. We are already on this journey with other developers and are looking to grow our team. You'll start with a pilot task and, if successful, be welcomed into ongoing work. This is an ongoing role, and we are ideally looking for someone who can work full-time or a consistent 30 hours per week. What You'll Be Working On Our app is a single-page web application built with HTML, JavaScript, and Node.js serverless API routes, deployed on Vercel with Supabase as the database. As we are a digital marketing agency, we also have Google Ads and related technologies connected. Your role is to work alongside Claude Code to build new views, connect data sources, and improve the product over time. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and testing AI-generated code changes before they go live - Navigating the codebase and understanding what needs to change - Working with our connected data sources, including Airtable, Supabase, Xero, and more (15+ systems in total) - Pushing changes via Git and deploying through Vercel - Helping document and improve the app over time Required Skills & Attitudes - You are not afraid of using AI or Claude Code. - Great attention to detail (so, what is your favourite movie?) when testing features in a live app. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Comfortable with Git (commit, push, and branch basics) - Ability to read API documentation and communicate what is needed - Clear written communication skills Nice to Have - Experience with Supabase, Airtable, or similar tools - Familiarity with Vercel or serverless functions - Understanding of REST APIs and JSON - Experience working with AI coding tools What You Won’t Be Doing - Writing complex code from scratch What Matters Most More important than formal development experience is the ability to learn quickly, investigate problems, and use available tools to find solutions.
