Full-Stack Developer Needed for AI Chatbot & Admin Dashboard

Summary We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build an AI-powered chatbot platform with a secure admin dashboard. The system will use AI to answer user questions, provide intelligent recommendations, capture leads, and automate workflows. The admin dashboard will allow administrators to manage users, conversations, content, and system activity from a single interface. Main Responsibilities Build and integrate an AI chatbot into an existing web application Connect the chatbot with dynamic data sources and business knowledge Deliver intelligent recommendations based on user preferences and contextual information Capture user details such as name, email, phone number, interests, and other custom fields Store and display complete chatbot conversation history Build a responsive and secure admin dashboard Manage users, conversations, content, and chatbot activity Send email notifications for important events and new leads Integrate data with Google Sheets Build workflow automations using n8n Implement secure authentication and role-based access control Use Supabase as the primary database Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and easy to maintain Required Technology Stack Next.js React Tailwind CSS Supabase Gemini API n8n Google Sheets API Email integration Required Experience The ideal freelancer should have: At least three completed full-stack projects Experience building multiple AI-powered applications Strong experience with Next.js, React Supabase and third-party API integrations Experience with AI chatbots RAG vector databases, embeddings and semantic search Experience building secure admin dashboards Experience with n8n Make or similar workflow automation platforms Live project links or verifiable portfolio demonstrating previous work Ability to write clean scalable and maintainable code Strong communication skills with regular progress updates throughout development
