Web Developer (Client-Facing)

Summary We are a small software consulting company, looking for a mid-level software developer who is comfortable handling client-facing interviews and communication we are looking for someone who can represent our team professionally during technical discussions, client interviews, and project communication while also contributing technically when needed. What We’re Looking For 2 to 3 years of hands-on software development experience Strong verbal communication skills with fluent English (B2/C1 level) Comfortable in client-facing environments and technical interviews Quick decision-making and adaptable thinking Flexible with EST working hours Available to start full-time within 1 month Long-term mindset and commitment Important We are not looking for someone interested in a short-term engagement or a temporary one-month role. We want someone who is interested in growing with the company over the next 3 to 4 years. Compensation $50 to $70/hour depending on experience and communication ability Ideal Candidate Someone who can balance technical capability with professionalism in front of clients. You should be confident discussing projects, understanding business requirements, handling live conversations, and representing a consulting company in a reliable and mature way.
