Create URL Conversion Field on MailerLite

I need someone familiar with MailerLite to help create a URL conversion field for my website email optin forms. The optin will then automatically add the new subscriber to the appropriate email segment list based on their conversion URL. The ideal candidate should have experience with MailerLite and be able to complete this task efficiently.
