Fix a patient-level simulation model written in R

We have got a patient-level health economics simulation model written in R which stopped working because it would capture inputs from a Google sheet that has now -somehow- been deleted from the server. Sadly we do not have a back up of copy of the input Google sheet. It would have however populated a number of tables to set up the model before it was run so we would like to reverse-engineer the contents (and structure?) of the input sheet and then make changes to the model so that we establish a more efficient way to populate the model going forwards.
