Full cPanel Backup and Verified Handoff for Website Migration to Namecheap

I need an experienced cPanel/WordPress hosting migration specialist to prepare a complete backup of my website, [www.thetrentonline.com], currently hosted on RoseHosting, for migration to my new Namecheap VPS. RoseHosting has stated that there is not enough space on my current hosting account to generate and store a full cPanel backup locally. Therefore, I need the backup to be created and transferred in a way that does NOT require extra storage space on the RoseHosting account. The developer must generate the backup and stream/upload it directly to a remote folder or external location, then provide a secure download link or backup location that Namecheap support can use to download and restore the site. Very Important Requirement: The full data and information on the site must be moved. There must be no dumping, no partial backup, no incomplete movement, and no missing files or databases. Before the backup or migration handoff begins, the developer must show and confirm the full data currently available in the RoseHosting cPanel, including website files, databases, email-related data if applicable, and any other relevant cPanel account data required for a complete migration. After the backup has been uploaded to the remote location, the developer must confirm that the exact same data has been successfully uploaded and is available for Namecheap to download. The job will only be considered complete when Namecheap technicians confirm that the data received from the backup matches the data that was present in the RoseHosting cPanel at the start of the job. Scope of Work: 1. Review the RoseHosting cPanel account and identify all relevant website, database, and hosting data required for a complete migration. 2. Show and confirm the data present in the RoseHosting cPanel before the backup process begins. 3. Create a complete cPanel backup without relying on RoseHosting’s local storage space. 4. Stream/upload the backup directly to a remote folder or external location. 5. Provide a secure download link or backup location for Namecheap support. 6. Confirm that the remote backup contains the same data identified at the start of the job. 7. Coordinate with me as needed so Namecheap can access the backup. 8. Ensure there is no data loss, no incomplete backup, no dumping of files, and no unnecessary downtime. 9. Treat the job as complete only after Namecheap confirms that the backup received matches the RoseHosting cPanel data. Completion Condition: This job is not completed simply when a link is shared. The job is completed only when Namecheap confirms that the backup they received contains the same data that was present in the RoseHosting cPanel at the beginning of the job. Important Notes: Namecheap has confirmed that they can download the backup from a shared link or from the hosting account if available, and then restore it on their side.
