Full Stack PostgreSQL Next.js Developer

​We have a fully populated PostgreSQL database containing 50 scenario-based assessment packages, choice options, and weighted scoring mappings for an AI-driven cognitive scenario portal. ​We are looking for a full-stack Next.js developer with strong web development skills and an AI background to build out the front-end application and API layer. ​Key Deliverables: ​Assessment Web Portal: A clean, high-speed Next.js UI where candidates complete assessments scenario-by-scenario while tracking response latency (ms). ​API Integration: Connecting to our existing PostgreSQL database to serve scenarios and log user choices/scores. ​Admin Panel: A dashboard to view candidate performance metrics and raw assessment data. ​Since our database schema and seed data are already complete and verified, this is a clean API, front-end, and platform integration
