Hermes Agent Builder for Marketing Agency

Required skills - Hermes: you can jump into a blank slate Hermes agent that's already set up on a Hetzner VPS, understand it, and begin building it. - Prompt engineering - Make.com: 95% of all automation that is deterministic and touches existing business systems are built in Make.com because they are easy to check and are not gated by code within a GitHub. You're going to need to be able to make small edits here and there or use clawed skills to change or edit existing Make automations. - Replit: some very basic forms are built in Replit and they power integral parts of the business system. Making sure that they are integrated into everything is super important. - AirTable: everything's built on AirTable so that's a non-starter - HTTP / JSON SUPER IMPORTANT: A basic understanding of how marketing works. If you don't know what ROAS means this isn't for you. Bonus skills - SQL - You can actually write in Typescript & Python Hours - Part-time to start, 20 to 30 hours a week, 5 days per week.
