Shopify B2B Wholesale Store + Custom Trade Portal Development (Node.js/Remix)

We're launching a B2B wholesale carpet brand, and need a developer to build two connected systems: a custom Shopify storefront and a private Trade Portal web application. Scope: Custom Shopify theme (Liquid/CSS/JS) built from our logo and brand colors 9 products, 3–4 variants each, dual sq.yd/sq.ft pricing, spec sheets on PDP, multi-attribute filtering Wholesale pricing via WSH Wholesale Pricing app 3 customer pricing tiers, tag-based Custom-built Trade Portal (Node.js/Remix) with 6 user roles: Super Admin, Sales Manager, Sales Reps, Sample Request Manager, Order Manager, Trade Customers Proforma invoice workflow (Shopify Draft Orders API), PDF generation, print/bulk-print queues Sample request workflow with approval states Transactional email notifications (SendGrid/Postmark) Analytics dashboard (revenue by rep, by product, sample volume) HubSpot Starter integration for lead capture forms Stack: Shopify (standard plan), Node.js/Remix, PostgreSQL, PDFKit or React PDF, SendGrid/Postmark, Railway or Vercel. Timeline: 30 days from kickoff, milestone-based delivery. Design approval required within 24 hours of mockup delivery; all product assets, spec sheets, and pricing sheet must be provided at kickoff. We're looking for someone who can own both the storefront build and the custom portal application end-to-end, not just theme customization.
