Head of Engineering

We're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to own the technical side of our SaaS platform, Keepme — built for multisite fitness operators across APAC and beyond. You'll report directly to the VP of Product and be responsible for technical architecture, team leadership, and delivery. Equally important is your ability to drive innovation proactively — we want someone who brings ideas to the table, experiments with AI and agentic tooling, and continuously looks for ways to improve how we build and operate. Our stack is Laravel (PHP 8.3), Node.js (Express), React 19 (TypeScript), MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and AWS — deployed via Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions CI/CD. This is a contracted, ongoing engagement. You will manage a small team of developers, collaborate closely with the VP of Product on roadmap and feature delivery, and take full ownership of technical process, tooling, and quality standards.
