Browser Automation Specialist for Interactive Data Portal Scraping

I am looking for an experienced browser automation / web scraping specialist to extract structured data from an interactive online data portal. The task involves navigating an interactive web interface, opening individual object/detail windows, extracting visible record information, handling repeated sessions reliably, and saving the results into a structured Excel file. This is not a simple static HTML table scrape. The portal requires careful browser automation, stable session handling, consistent data extraction, and clean output formatting. Data accuracy and consistency are more important than speed. The ideal candidate should have experience with: - browser automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium,Puppeteer, or similar -scraping interactive map-like or portal-based interfaces -handling dynamic pop-ups and multi-step workflows -exporting clean structured data to Excel -logging failed or unclear records separately -building a repeatable workflow rather than only manually collecting data The project will be milestone-based. The first milestone will be a controlled test run to confirm that the workflow works correctly and that the output structure is accurate. The full extraction will continue only after the test batch is reviewed and approved.
