Custom GoHighLevel Property Comping Tool (Real Estate Investing) Overview We are a nationwide real estate investment company looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a custom property comping tool** that integrates directly into GoHighLevel (GHL) This is not a standalone application. The tool must work inside our existing GoHighLevel workflow so our acquisition team can analyze properties without leaving GHL. The goal is to create a one-click underwriting tool that allows our team to quickly determine ARV, estimate repairs, calculate offers, and save everything back to the contact record. This is the first phase of a much larger platform, so we're looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship if the project goes well. --- Core Requirements The application should: * Integrate directly with GoHighLevel * Launch from a GHL contact * Pull property details from one or more property data providers * Display comparable sales * Allow users to include or exclude comps * Recalculate ARV live as comps change * Generate repair estimates * Calculate offer numbers based on configurable formulas * Save all key data back to GoHighLevel * Generate a branded PDF report * Maintain a searchable history of previous analyses * Allow reopening previous analyses without pulling new data * Charge the user only when a new property analysis is performed --- Required Experience Please apply only if you have experience with: * GoHighLevel API * React, Vue, or modern JavaScript frameworks * Node.js, Laravel, or similar backend frameworks * REST APIs * Property data APIs * Google Maps integration * PDF generation * Authentication * Database design Real estate investing experience is a major plus. --- Ownership Requirements This is a work-for-hire project. Upon completion we require: * Full source code * Complete ownership of all code * Documentation * Credentials transferred to us * Hosting transferred to our accounts * APIs connected to accounts that we own * No recurring licensing fees --- Fixed Price & Milestones Milestone 1 – Project Setup – $250 Before development begins: * Requirements finalized * UI/UX approved * Branding completed * GoHighLevel connection established --- Milestone 2 – Core Comping Tool – $250 Complete end-to-end functionality including: * Property data retrieval * Comparable sales * Live ARV calculation * Repair estimator * Offer calculations * Comping cost charging * Functional integration with GoHighLevel --- Milestone 3 – Go Live – $250 Deployment to our environment including: * Migration to our hosting * Live GoHighLevel integration * Write-back to GHL * Branded PDF generation * Historical analysis storage * Transfer of all credentials --- Milestone 4 – Final QA & Bug Fixes – $250 Three-day stabilization period after launch: * Bug fixes * Minor UI improvements * Performance optimization * Final documentation --- To Apply Please include: 1.
