Data engineer — music streaming-data pipeline (official APIs, ISRC-keyed)

We're building a data feature for one of our music apps. We need a data engineer to build a pipeline that ingests music performance data from official, permitted sources — the Spotify Web API, YouTube Data API, and our own licensed/royalty data — normalizes it by ISRC, stores a daily time-series (BigQuery), and exposes a clean internal API. We have a working Node prototype. Looking for: strong data engineering (Node or Python), API integration, scheduled jobs, BigQuery, clean API design. Budget: $550 to start, more as we extend.
