Resolve Subscription Payment Failure

The payment for my Cluad AI Max subscription will not go through. I click “Pay”, the spinner runs, and then nothing—no confirmation, no decline notice, absolutely no error message. Because of this silent failure the subscription never activates and the charge never hits my card...
