Web Application Build - Multi-Tenant Call Analytics Portal. We are building the first release (v1) of a multi-tenant web application. It ingests voice-call recordings from a third-party API, stores them securely, submits them to a third-party analytics service for processing, and presents the results to client users in a secure web portal - call status, sentiment, a short summary, and on-demand audio playback. This v1 is scoped to a single client organisation with one site, but the data model must be built from day one to scale to many organisations, sites, and users. All data storage and compute must be hosted in Australian regions - this is a hard requirement. Specific third-party API documentation and credentials will be provided to the engaged developer under NDA. Tech stack (predetermined) - Frontend / app: Next.js (React, TypeScript) - Database, auth, storage: Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Row-Level Security, Storage) — Sydney region - Background worker / compute: Fly.io — Sydney region - Object storage for audio: Supabase Storage or AWS S3 (Sydney region) If you would propose a justified alternative for any component, note it in your proposal - but Australian data residency is non-negotiable.
