Detailed 3D Site Plan Visualization

I need to turn a set of 2-D layout drawings into photorealistic, top-view 3-D site plan renderings. The first phase of the job is the site plan only—the sports-uniform graphics will come later, so all of our immediate focus is on the 3-D work...
