AI Automation & CRM Specialist (Pipedrive, n8n, OpenAI) We are looking for an experienced AI automation expert to help us build an AI-powered sales and operations ecosystem for our premium interior design company, Upscale Spaces (Switzerland). Your responsibilities Analyze our current sales and operational workflows. Optimize and extend our Pipedrive CRM. Evaluate and implement AI automations using n8n (or similar tools such as Make/Zapier). Build AI agents for lead qualification, follow-ups, meeting summaries and task management. Automate our Style Quiz lead funnel from website enquiry to sales pipeline. Connect tools such as Pipedrive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Shopify, Webflow, OpenAI and WhatsApp where appropriate. Improve reporting, lead scoring and customer lifecycle automation. Required skills Pipedrive CRM n8n (preferred), Make or Zapier OpenAI API / LLM integrations REST APIs & Webhooks Google Workspace integrations Shopify & Webflow integrations CRM architecture and workflow automation Good English communication Desired outcome Within the first 60 days we want to: Reduce manual administrative work by at least 50%. Create a reliable AI sales assistant for our team. Improve lead qualification and follow-up consistency. Increase conversion from our Style Quiz into qualified sales opportunities. Build a scalable automation architecture that can grow with the business. Please include examples of similar AI automation or CRM projects you have built, ideally involving Pipedrive, AI agents or premium service businesses.
