Fix OneDrive Sync Pending

A shared document folder in our Microsoft OneDrive for Business has been stuck in “Sync pending — Shared” for several days. I have already restarted, reset, and fully re-connected OneDrive, yet the flag remains and new changes never reach the cloud...
