Full-Stack Developers / Team Needed for End-to-End Healthcare Platform

We want an experienced full-stack development team or senior developer to design and build a healthcare software platform from the ground up. This is a long-term project focused on delivering a secure, user-friendly, and compliant system for patients, healthcare providers, and administrators. Project Overview: The goal is to develop a modern healthcare solution that streamlines patient management, appointment scheduling, medical records, and communication between stakeholders. The platform should be designed with scalability, performance, and compliance (HIPAA or equivalent) in mind from day one. Core Features: Patient registration & profile management Doctor/admin dashboards Appointment booking & scheduling system Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) management Secure messaging between patients and providers Prescription and treatment tracking Payment gateway integration (optional phase) Notifications (SMS/email) Role-based access control Technical Expectations: We are open to your recommendations, but the ideal stack may include: Frontend: React.js / Next.js Backend: Node.js / Laravel / Django Database: PostgreSQL / MongoDB Cloud: AWS / GCP / Azure API-first architecture Strong focus on security, data privacy, and performance Key Requirements: Proven experience building healthcare or HIPAA-compliant systems Strong understanding of system architecture and database design Experience with secure authentication (JWT, OAuth, etc.) Ability to design scalable and maintainable codebases Good UI/UX sense for patient-friendly interfaces Excellent communication and documentation skills Nice to Have: Experience with telemedicine features (video consultations) Knowledge of healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR) DevOps experience (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) Project Scope & Timeline: Phase 1: Discovery & Architecture Planning Phase 2: MVP Development Phase 3: Testing, Security & Deployment Phase 4: Ongoing improvements & scaling We are looking for someone who can not only build but also guide us on best practices and long-term scalability.
