Raster PDF to Detailed DWG Conversion

I have six raster-scanned 18" × 24" PDF drawings that need to be rebuilt as clean, fully-vector DWG files. Every shape on the sheets must be traced with exact dimensions: some parts are already dimensioned... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: 2D Drafting, AutoCAD, Drafting)
