Technical Consultant for Agency Management Platform (Architecture & Estimation)

I’m looking for an experienced Software Architect or Senior Full Stack Developer to help me plan and validate the architecture of an agency management platform before development begins. The application is intended for a digital agency that builds websites and web applications for clients. It will include workflows for managing clients, projects, team members, tasks, communication, timelines, invoices, and project delivery. I need consultation on: * Reviewing the overall product idea and requirements * Defining the application workflow * Designing a scalable system architecture * Recommending the best tech stack and database design * Breaking the project into development phases * Estimating the development effort and timeline * Identifying potential technical challenges and suggesting improvements This is a consultation and planning project, not a full development engagement. The ideal candidate has experience designing scalable SaaS platforms or agency management systems and can provide practical recommendations backed by real-world experience.
