Overview I’m looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build AI-powered workflows that automatically identify qualified sales opportunities, personalize outreach, launch outbound campaigns through Smartlead, and generate daily reports. This is not a chatbot project. I’m looking for someone who has experience building production-ready AI workflows using APIs, automation platforms, AI models and outbound sales tools. This is Version 1 of a larger project, and I’m looking for someone I can continue working with long-term if the collaboration goes well. ⸻ Workflow 1 – Reputation Outreach Objective Build a workflow that automatically identifies qualified businesses that have recently received a new negative review, generates personalized outreach, and adds them directly into a Smartlead campaign. The workflow should: * Run automatically every morning. * Identify businesses that have received a recent negative review. * Qualify those businesses against predefined business rules. * Find the appropriate decision-maker. * Find a verified work email. * Generate personalized outreach referencing the recent review. * Automatically add qualified prospects into the correct Smartlead campaign. * Smartlead handles the sending automatically. Replies * Meeting booking should be automated where appropriate. * Questions from prospects should initially be routed to me for manual handling. * The workflow should be designed so reply automation can be expanded later. Daily Report Each morning I want a summary of the previous day’s activity including: * Businesses analyzed * Qualified opportunities * Leads added to Smartlead * Emails sent * Replies received * Meetings booked * Any items requiring attention ⸻ Workflow 2 – Webinar / Event Outreach Objective Build a workflow that identifies companies promoting upcoming webinars or public events, generates personalized outreach, and automatically places qualified opportunities into Smartlead. The workflow should: * Run automatically every morning. * Identify companies promoting upcoming webinars or public events at least 3–4 weeks before they take place. * Qualify those companies. * Find the appropriate decision-maker. * Find a verified work email. * Generate personalized outreach. * Automatically place qualified prospects into the correct Smartlead campaign. * Smartlead handles all sending. The same reply handling and reporting process should apply. ⸻ Workflow 3 – LinkedIn Research Assistant Objective Prepare a daily LinkedIn prospect report for manual outreach. The workflow should: Every morning prepare approximately 20 highly qualified prospects including: * Name * Company * LinkedIn profile * Reason they qualify * Personalized LinkedIn connection request No LinkedIn messages should be sent automatically. ⸻ Preferred Experience Experience with some or most of the following: * Claude / Anthropic * OpenAI * Smartlead * n8n * Make.com * Python * TypeScript * REST APIs * Web scraping / data collection * CRM integrations * AI agents * Webhooks ⸻ Deliverables By completion I expect: * Three fully functioning workflows. * Reliable daily automation. * Documentation. * Source code / workflows. * Walkthrough and handover session. * Recommendations for future improvements where appropriate.
