Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) – Convert Approved Website Designs into a Responsive Website Project Overview We are seeking a Front-End Web Developer to transform a series of professionally designed website mock-ups into a high-quality, fully responsive  website. Important: The website has already been designed. The design work is complete. We are not looking for a designer or someone to create a new look. Your role is to faithfully recreate the supplied designs as a fast, modern and responsive website. The finished website should closely match the approved layouts while ensuring excellent performance across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. About the Website The website is for a specialist technology consultancy operating within the cybersecurity and trusted information assurance sector. It includes approximately 10–12 pages, including: Home About Technology Executive Discussion Papers Services Contact Supporting information pages The website contains: Professional graphics Diagrams PDF downloads Contact form Corporate branding No e-commerce No membership/login system Deliverables You will: Convert supplied PNG website designs into production-ready HTML/CSS/JavaScript (or recommend a modern framework). Create a fully responsive website. Match typography, spacing, colours and layouts as closely as possible. Build reusable components where appropriate. Optimise images and performance. Implement SEO best practices. Ensure accessibility standards are followed. Test across modern browsers and devices. Deliver clean, well-structured and maintainable code. Required Skills Essential: HTML5 CSS3 Responsive Web Design JavaScript Modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap) Strong attention to detail Pixel-perfect implementation Excellent communication Desirable: React Next.js UI Component Libraries SEO Accessibility (WCAG) Experience converting Figma, Adobe XD, PSD or PNG designs into websites AI-Assisted Development We welcome developers who use AI tools to improve productivity, including: Claude Code Cursor AI GitHub Copilot ChatGPT However, we expect all generated code to be professionally reviewed, tested and refined before delivery.
