Need 30-min 2D Animation

The goal is a short 2D animation of roughly 30 seconds. I already have the concept—right now es solo “Tengo una idea básica”—so part of the job is helping me transform that spark into a tight script and simple storyboard before moving on to the actual motion graphics...
