Twilio A2P / 10dlc Approval Specialist

I need help getting my A2P / 10dlc campaign approved with Twilio. My use case is for a very small, personal project, and is not marketing related. But I need the ability to send text alerts. I've already submitted my campaign but have faced repeated rejections with unclear reasoning. The ideal candidate should be an expert on Twilio's A2P / 10dlc approval process and have a track record of successful approvals within the last 3-4 months since they have made apparent changes to this process.
