AI Development Project

We're building enterprise-grade AI agents that turn data into actionable insights and streamline internal workflows. We're looking for a Junior AI Developer to join our small, distributed AI team (US and India) and help design, build, and ship these solutions alongside senior engineers. What You'll Do Help design, build, and ship AI agents using tools like Vertex AI, Anthropic, and other cloud-based AI services Work with stakeholders to help clarify requirements and understand use cases Contribute across the development lifecycle: coding, testing, deployment, and iteration Help integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and internal tools Support monitoring and troubleshooting of AI solutions in production Follow and help refine team coding standards, observability, and governance practices Collaborate closely with a small global team, sharing context and reviewing code What We're Looking For 3–4 years of software development experience Solid programming skills in Python, Java, or similar Some hands-on exposure to generative AI platforms (Google Cloud Vertex AI, Anthropic models/SDKs, or similar) Familiarity with agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is a plus Interest in or exposure to RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Vertex AI Vector Search) Growing prompt engineering skills Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with a distributed team across time zones Eagerness to learn from senior engineers and grow into a more senior AI development role Nice to Have Any exposure to enterprise/corporate AI tooling Awareness of data privacy/security basics in software development
