Python Developer - AI Agents & LLM Applications

Summary We are seeking a Python developer to assist in completing a multi-agent AI application. The project is in its final phase, and we're looking for someone who can quickly get up to speed with the current codebase, identify and resolve issues, enhance AI workflows, and help prepare the product for launch. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior or mid-level developer interested in contributing to a real-world AI product and potentially growing into a long-term role with our team. Requirements: - Solid Python development experience - Experience with FastAPI or a comparable backend framework - Basic understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and agent-based architectures - Comfortable working with multi-agent systems and AI-driven workflows - Ability to navigate and contribute to an existing codebase - Docker and Linux experience is highly preferred - Experience building conversational AI solutions is a plus - Strong written English communication skills - Able to troubleshoot, test, and deliver improvements efficiently - Available to work 8 hours per day Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, Docker, Linux, PostgreSQL/Supabase. Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, and React is beneficial but not required. Responsibilities: - Assist in completing the final phase of development for the AI application - Identify, troubleshoot, and improve existing workflows - Contribute to LLM routing, agent behavior, and conversation management - Support launch preparation and deployment efforts - Continue supporting maintenance, feature enhancements, and future AI initiatives if the engagement is successful Compensation: The starting rate is $12–$20/hour, depending on experience and skill level.
