Senior Full Stack Developer (PHP Laravel) for Custom Web Applications

We're looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with deep experience in PHP Laravel to help build custom web applications from concept to production. What You'll Be Doing • Build custom Laravel applications from Webflow designs and specifications • Convert front-end assets into clean, scalable, maintainable code • Develop APIs, admin panels, user dashboards, authentication systems, and custom business logic • Ensure responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices • Optimize performance, security, and database architecture • Work closely with founders to rapidly bring new ideas to market Requirements • 5+ years of PHP Laravel experience • Strong understanding of MySQL and database design • Experience building SaaS products, directories, marketplaces, or custom web applications • Excellent front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • Comfortable working from Webflow designs and AI-generated front-end code • Strong attention to detail • Ability to spot inconsistencies and proactively solve problems • Fast execution without sacrificing code quality • Strong communication skills
