AI Real Estate Agent Automation | n8n, WhatsApp & Voice AI Integration

Im building an AI-powered Real Estate Agent system combining a chat agent and a voice call agent, and need a freelancer experienced in AI automation and agent orchestration to help implement it. The system needs to: - Handle inbound leads via WhatsApp and route/qualify them automatically - Trigger AI-driven conversations using n8n workflows connected to an LLM (OpenAI/Claude/etc.) - Support an AI voice calling agent for outbound/inbound calls (e.g., via Twilio, Vapi, Retell, or LiveKit) - Assign leads to agents based on rules (location, budget, availability) - Maintain conversation state/context across chat and voice channels - Log and sync data to a CRM/database (Airtable, Postgres, or similar) I already have a JSON spec / architecture doc outlining the agent flows, which we'll share with shortlisted candidates. Looking for someone who has actually shipped n8n + AI agent + WhatsApp/voice integrations before not just familiar with the tools in theory. Ideal candidate has: - Strong hands-on n8n workflow design (webhooks, custom nodes, error handling) - Experience integrating WhatsApp Business API / Twilio WhatsApp - Experience with AI voice agents (Vapi, Retell AI, Bland AI, LiveKit, or Twilio Media Streams) - LLM prompt engineering / function calling for structured agent behavior - Comfortable working from a spec doc and iterating fast Thank you.
