We're a U.S.-based multifamily real estate procurement company hiring two full-time analysts to join our growing analytics and contracts team.
This is a long-term, 40-hour/week role working 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST) — this schedule is non-negotiable, so please only apply if you can reliably work these hours.
What you'll do:
Bid leveling & vendor analysis — Compare vendor proposals across multiple properties, normalize pricing, identify the best-cost vendor, and prepare clear, professional bid overview documents for property managers and executives.
Contract & scope verification — Reconcile vendor quotations against scopes of work and internal documents; flag missing line items, pricing discrepancies, and scope gaps.
Spreadsheet auditing & data validation — Review Excel/Google Sheets workbooks for formula errors, methodology issues, and silent data problems before they reach clients.
Reporting — Generate and quality-check contract portfolio reports and service matrices; verify data accuracy against source exports.
Workflow & tooling — Work in Monday.com for task tracking and board management; follow documented processes for bid leveling and contract processing.
Document work — Compare document versions, format deliverables in Word/Google Docs, and maintain organized files in Google Drive.
Requirements:
2+ years in data analysis, procurement analysis, financial analysis, or a similar detail-heavy analytical role
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (lookups, conditional aggregation, pivot tables; you can spot a broken formula and explain why it's wrong)
Excellent written English — you'll produce client-facing documents
Meticulous attention to detail; you catch the error everyone else missed
Reliable availability 9–5 EST, Monday–Friday, with stable internet and a quiet work setup
Nice to have:
Mechanical engineering background, or hands-on experience with mechanical equipment in residential/commercial facilities (HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps, elevators, FLS)
Experience with property management, facilities, or procurement/RFP processes
Monday.com experience
Exposure to contract review or vendor management
Basic scripting (Google Apps Script, Python) for automation
What we offer:
Long-term, stable full-time engagement (this is not a one-off project)
Structured onboarding with documented workflows
A collaborative team that reviews work together and invests in getting details right
