Fractional COO / Integrator (DTC E-commerce) Summary We’re a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eyewear brand based in Australia, and we’re looking for an exceptional Fractional COO to become my right-hand operator. Over the past year, we’ve experienced rapid growth, and I’m now looking for someone who can help transform a founder-led business into a world-class operation. Your mission is simple: Build the systems, processes, and team needed to scale the business efficiently while allowing me to focus on growth, product innovation, and marketing. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in building an exciting consumer brand. ⸻ What You’ll Do • Build scalable systems and operating procedures across the business. • Audit every department and identify operational bottlenecks. • Improve customer support systems to increase customer satisfaction and retention. • Evaluate our current team structure and identify hiring gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities. • Help recruit, onboard, and manage A-player talent. • Own projects from start to finish and ensure they are executed to a high standard. • Build accountability across the team through clear KPIs, reporting, and communication. • Create dashboards so leadership has visibility into the health of the business. • Improve communication between marketing, operations, customer support, fulfilment, and product teams. • Work closely with me to prioritize initiatives and ensure the company is focused on the highest-impact opportunities. • Continuously improve operational efficiency as we continue to scale. ⸻ We’re Not Looking for Average We’re looking for someone who loves building businesses.
