Frontend Engineer (Next.js + React + Tailwind CSS) with strong UI/UX sense

We're looking for a Frontend Developer with strong UI/UX skills to help build and improve a modern web application. This is a long-term, remote, part-time role requiring 2–4 hours per day. Responsibilities Build responsive web pages using Next.js and React. Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components. Create modern, user-friendly interfaces. Improve existing pages with better UI/UX. Ensure designs are responsive and consistent across devices. Required Skills Strong experience with Next.js and React. Good knowledge of Tailwind CSS. Experience building modern SaaS or dashboard applications. Good understanding of UI/UX principles. Ability to write clean, reusable code. Nice to Have Experience with shadcn/ui. Familiarity with Figma. Basic understanding of accessibility and frontend performance. Experience with animations using CSS or Framer Motion.
