Full-Stack JavaScript Developer Needed for Real-Time AI Web Application

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack JavaScript developer to help build and improve a modern real-time web application. The ideal developer should be strong in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, authentication, WebSocket/live features, and cloud deployment. We need someone who can work independently, review existing code, improve architecture, fix bugs, and build production-ready features. This project involves a real-time interactive web application with user login, dashboards, live sessions, AI/API integrations, audio/video or speech-related features, and a clean responsive UI. Responsibilities: Build and maintain React / Next.js frontend features Develop backend APIs using Node.js / Express / NestJS or similar Integrate third-party AI APIs and real-time services Implement authentication, user sessions, dashboards, and admin tools Work with WebSockets or live event streaming Improve frontend performance and backend reliability Debug production issues and provide clean fixes Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code Help with Git branching, staging, testing, and deployment workflow Required Skills: Strong JavaScript and TypeScript experience React.js / Next.js experience Node.js backend development REST API and WebSocket experience PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases Authentication experience such as JWT, OAuth, Firebase Auth, or similar Git and GitHub workflow experience AWS, Vercel, Railway, Render, or similar deployment experience Ability to read existing code and improve it safely Nice to Have: Experience with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar Experience with real-time voice, audio, video, WebRTC, or speech-to-text Experience with Chrome extensions or browser-based tools Experience with SaaS dashboards Experience with CI/CD pipelines Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or automated testing Important Requirements: Must be able to work with an existing codebase Must be comfortable using Git branches and pull requests Must not push directly to production without approval Must provide clear daily updates Must explain technical decisions clearly Must write scalable and secure code Must be available for debugging and urgent fixes when needed
