# Monday.com Automation & Integration Specialist We are looking for an experienced Monday.com specialist to development, optimisation and automation of internal workflows. This is a remote, hourly, project-based collaboration through Upwork. We are looking for someone who can support us with specific tasks and ongoing improvements as needed. Main Responsibilities Design, configure and optimise Monday.com boards, workspaces, dashboards, workflows, formulas, WorkForms and KPIs. 1 Improve the overall structure and architecture of our Monday.com environment. 2 Create advanced automations between boards and workspaces. 3 Configure approval flows, notifications and operational processes. 4 Manage permissions and workspace organisation. 5 Integrate Monday.com with other systems using APIs, webhooks or integration platforms. 6 Support data synchronisation between Monday.com and external platforms. 7 Help create reports and management dashboards using Looker Studio . 8 Document the solutions implemented and explain them clearly to internal users. 9 Identify opportunities to simplify and automate existing processes. Required Experience Strong practical experience with Monday.com. Advanced knowledge of: * Boards and workspaces * Automations * Dashboards * Formulas * WorkForms * Permissions * Cross-board workflows Experience with Monday.com API, GraphQL, REST APIs, JSON or webhooks. Ability to understand complex operational processes and transform them into simple and scalable workflows. Strong problem-solving skills. Good communication and ability to work independently. Good level of English. Preferred Skills The following skills are valuable but not mandatory: 1 Experience with Make.com, Zapier or other integration platforms. 2 JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or PHP. 3 SQL and data manipulation. 4 Looker Studio. 5 ERP integrations. 6 Primavera ERP. 7 Google Workspace integrations. 8 Experience using OpenAI, Gemini or other AI APIs for process automation. 9 Portuguese language skills. Collaboration Details * Fully remote. * Hourly work * Work will be assigned by task or project. * The number of hours may vary depending on current needs. * Possibility of long-term collaboration for the right specialist. * No travel or on-site presence is required.
